Questions before you get started?

How much does tax preparation cost?+

Pricing depends on the complexity of your return — number of income sources, schedules required, and time involved. We'll give you a clear, firm quote after your free consultation, before any work begins.

What is an Enrolled Agent?+

An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a tax professional licensed directly by the IRS to represent taxpayers on any tax matter, in any state. EAs specialize in taxation and complete ongoing continuing education to stay current.

I received an IRS notice — what should I do?+

Don't ignore it, but don't panic either. Send us a copy as soon as you can — we'll review what the IRS is asking for and walk you through the best way to respond, including representing you directly with the IRS when needed.

Do you work with self-employed clients?+

Yes. We regularly work with freelancers, contractors, and small business owners — from quarterly estimated taxes to tracking deductible expenses throughout the year.

Can I work with you remotely?+

Yes. Most clients work with us entirely online through a secure client portal, with video or phone consultations and e-signature for your final return.

Let's make this easier.
